Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you want. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
What counts as one analysis or draft?
One unit is a single AI task: a coherence check on one document or thread, a drafted memo/abstract/proposal, or an AI-generated reply. Uploading a 50-page PDF counts as one analysis; comparing two documents also counts as one. Dashboards and structured reports have their own monthly allowance.
What is a "dashboard or report"?
Anything generated by the Dashboard Builder, Data Analysis Report, or Structured Report templates: i.e. a data-driven artifact with KPIs, charts, or a structured write-up. Dashboards can be re-opened for free; only generations count.
What is an "active flow"?
A flow you have set to ACTIVE (running on a schedule, watching a folder, or listening to an inbox). Paused or draft flows do not count. You can have many drafts; only running ones consume the active-flow quota.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Yes. Every paid plan comes with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start.
What AI models are available?
Free uses GPT-4o-mini. Individual uses GPT-4o. Intense and above get GPT-4o, Claude, and all future models as they become available.
Can I use DoubleCheck with my own LLM?
Yes, on the Custom plan. You can connect your own self-hosted models or use any OpenAI-compatible API.
Can DoubleCheck be branded as our own product?
Yes. Enterprise includes white-label (your logo, colors, and custom domain like app.yourcompany.com). Custom goes further: full re-branding with your product name, your login screens, and your visual identity throughout. Your employees and clients see your brand, not ours.
Can we host DoubleCheck on our own infrastructure?
Yes, on the Custom plan. You can install DoubleCheck on-premise (your data center), inside your private cloud (your AWS, Azure, or GCP account), or have us run a dedicated managed cloud just for you (single-tenant, never shared). You decide where the data lives.
